I cant believe it's Thanksgiving already again. I'm excited about eating yummy food but didn't meet the weight loss goals I had set. In my defense, I didn't try very hard at all but I did have high hopes. Gained weight instead of losing it. All well. We'll change the goal date to Christmas...see how that goes.
