As I mentioned previously, this birthday hit me pretty hard...I passed a milestone and felt 'old'. In spending time with my family recently, I've become more aware of my increasing age and my non-increasing height. My cousin, Harli, is eager to prove how much taller she is than me every time we're around each other- even though she's only 15. This is a difficult pill for me to swallow since I held her when she was born, accompanied her to her beauty pageants when she was 6 months old, listened to her "Winnie the Pooh soundtrack" over and over again during a 14+ hour drive to PA, and watched her grow into a teenager. It amplifies even more when I look back over pictures of her through the years...so I thought I'd share, just to make my point!
